TABLET with ARM 11 and pen input support

i am designing my project in TABLET, this PC should support handwriting recognisable, please guide me which touchscreen and processor will suit my requirement, but i am gettng oly samsung S3C6410 ARM 11 processor in market whether i can able to do my project with the same

For best handwriting recognition it is considered to use latest Windows 7 Tablets. They are more better in that. Till yet NOTION INK ADAM which runs on android 2.2 is found to be good to some extent only. Other than this Windows tablets like Lenovo IdeaPad Slate, Samsung Sliding PC 7 Series, Viliv X70 and Lenovo U1 Hybrid are some of the best tablets for your purpose.
