PCI-E slot is not working in MSI P67A-GD53

Sponsored Links
In my computer I have MSI P67A-GD53 motherboard and I am facing problem with my computer. When I connect MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti OC Twin FrozR II on my first PC-E slot and then start the system at that time I don’t get video but when I put it in to the second PCI-E slot at that time it works fine. I want to know is this hardware issue or something else is causing this issue.

Yes I totally agree with the above post. Because in my system I was also facing the same problem with the PCI-E slot and first I thought that problem is with the graphic card and that is why I have tried my graphic card with the different PCI –E slot and after connecting the graphic card with different PCI-E slot when I start the computer at that time all the things started working properly. Now after that my friend told me that by clearing the CMOS I can solve this problem and after that I have open the cabinet of my computer and then I have clear the CMOS in my computer and after clearing the CMOS all the things started working properly.

According to me you should also try to solve this problem by clearing the CMOS and then check whether it makes any difference or not.

If above solution does not help you to solve this issue then you have to try to fix this problem by updating the BIOS of the MSI P67A-GD53 motherboard. First you have to visit the official site of the MSI and then you have to search the MSI P67A-GD53 motherboard on that site and then you have to download the BIOS update file and then you have to update the BIOS and after updating the BIOS your problem will surly get solved.

You have mentioned that you are getting distorted graphics while playing games and that is why I will first suggest you that you should check all the settings related to the games and makes sure that whether all the settings are ok or not. if you have set all the graphic settings to the high then you have to set the setting to lower and then you have to check whether it makes any difference or not.

I think with the help of this solution you will be able to solve this problem.

You should also try to solve this problem by uninstalling the graphic card drivers from your computer and after uninstalling the drivers you have to restart the computer and then install the graphic card drivers again and then check whether your problem get solved or not. if reinstalling the drivers does not help you solve this issue then you can also try to fix this problem by downloading the latest drivers from the internet and then install that drivers in your computer and then your problem will get solved.
