AMD FX-8130P AM3+ Processor not compatible with MSI 990FXA-GD80

I am getting many issues on MSI 990fxa-GD80 motherboard after installing the AMD CPU on it.

• Razer Naga mouse and Blackwidow keyboard does not work properly with BIOS 11.6
• No chance of OC CPU, only GPU OC
• only 1333MHz on RAM
• LONG POST SCREENS

There are more which are not major but causing much disturbance. Do you think that it is a compatibility issue?

Could test the AMD FX-8130P but had on several motherboards from different manufacturers, despite the new 990FX chipset often large problems.
