Power is still ON after shutdown the computer consist of Intel i5 2500K and Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3

Following is the system specification of the computer.

MB: P67A-UD4
Proc: i5 2500K
Mem: A-Data 2*2GB DDR3 1333
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3
Video: GTX470
Case: CoolerMaster HAF932
Pwr: Silverstone Decathlon DA-850 (850W)

Now I am posting below the problem which I am getting.

1. CPU as well as Power Supply fan is on
2. LED of Case is on
3. Hard disk is spinning and LED of motherboard is on

if you are having any suggestion on the same let me know as early as possible.

Looking at the situation I am suggesting that you should remove the CMOS battery. You have to look for the CMOS battery which is on the motherboard of yours. once you have found the CMOS battery which is dependent on the orientation of the motherboard of yours. you will see the jumper . it will have three metal in which two are them are used by the jumpers by default. You have to move the jumper in case it is occupying the third metal which leaving the first one and you have to wait for the 1 minutes. After that you have to return the battery to the first point.

In this particular situation I wanted to tell you that you will need to flash the BIOS which you have installed on the BIOS. You should visit the official motherboard manufacturer website and get the latest version of the BIOS and install the same on the motherboard. If upgrading the BIOS did not seems to working than you have to downgrade the BIOS and see that what results do you getting.
