Need help to Change Thermal Paste on Sony Vaio VPC-Z

I have Sony Vaio VPC-Z laptop and now i want to change the thermal paste of this laptop. The reason behind to change thermal paste is simple. i am facing heat issues on it. Also i want to reconnect fan and headsink components on this laptop system. Can anybody explain that what things should be necessary to do this task in proper way. Thanks in advance for any help.

Every processor of the laptop or desktop pc uses Thermal Sheets for cooling. If you want something better then i purchase a silver oxide based thermal paste from London. YOu can also try to get such type of silver oxide based thermal paste for doing the cooling position in between processor and heatsink device. This is well for maintaining the temperature in between this two components. Try it and check its result.

YOu can also try to get this thermal paste from the itdepot or any other store. there is also online facility present to buy this product. If you want to get more details about reconnection of fan and headsink on such laptop system, then read its manual. ALso youtube site provide your complete details about it. Try this and check what things arrives onto it. This is well for you.

If you want to do this reconnections of the FAN and heatsink task on your laptop, try below instructions. This will be work to fix your complex issue.

• Unscrew all screw on the mainboard.
• Remove the heatsink screws that works to disconnect it with processor.
• Pull out side system fan from mainboard.
• Unplug processor.
• Put thermal paste on processor and put it in proper position.
• Put all the components on its proper position.
• That's it.

Before considering thermal paste change, did you checked dust between fan and heat spreader?
