Discrete video cannot be detected by MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3) motherboard

My computer specifications:

• Motherboard: msi Z68A-GD65(G3)
• CPU:Intel i7 2600k
• RAM: Gskill ripjaws x 2133 MHz

I have installed my video card and it was working just very well in my older system (ATI HD 6870) but I cannot find a picture out of it on top of this latest setup. I tried away of the box to presently connect the dvi toward the card and didn't obtain a signal, I went into the bios as well as tried disabled virtu by way of the start video on peg and that unsuccessful. The fan is rotating on my Graphics card. What is it?
