If you do not answer the corresponding key or keys to enter the BIOS SETUP, it may be because you are using a USB keyboard is not enabled in the BIOS Setup to recognize them when you start your pc. If your keyboard is USB, you could try the solution is ... get yourself a PS2 keyboard or a USB to PS2 converter. It is impossible to access the bios without a keyboard, the problem should be just that the keyboard is broken or you need access to the old ports, buy a converter for the connection of your keyboard and go. |

| Re: MSI Z68A-GD65 (G3) locks the computer when trying to enter BIOS
Many PC briefly show a message on how to access the "setup" program where we find the BIOS settings to change. Usually just a press of a key on the keyboard, which must be pressed, however, in a short period of time. To enter the BIOS, turn on the PC and repeatedly press the required key to enter setup. For many PC is the DEL key (or Del), for others it is F1 or F2. If your PC does not access the setup by using these buttons or displays the initial message, you should see your PC's documentation or contact the manufacturer support. |

Keep in mind that incorrectly changing the BIOS settings you can make your system unstable. If this happens, reset the BIOS settings back to default. This can implement it by moving some jumpers on the motherboard, but if you follow step by step guide you'll be fine. |

I think you do nothing to adjust in the BIOS. You only indicate any media / HDD boot should be and that is already set as the good. But still a useful guide for removing set password needed in your situation. Another option is to use the CMOS battery is + / - 2 minutes out, and then restore. |
