Corsair HX3X12G1600C9 and Asus Sabertooth P67

I built two new desktop with Asus P67 board and Sabertooth HX3X12G1600C9 Corsair. The memory is 12 GB and I have installed in the ranks of both XMP memory. This RAM is Asus QVL for this motherboard.

The team is fast and works very well, but only 2 GB card is emerging. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I have also installed Win7 64-bit, but I think that makes any difference. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!

Did you attempt to reset the BIOS? Or make sure you have the latest BIOS installed?

I'm running 64-bit, Windows 7, the OEM version. I anticipate that provides somewhat functional. I have seen from the BIOS RAM boards that use the 1.6 volts required. Not sure what other settings in the BIOS would be appropriate.

I should have mentioned that I'm building two boxes with the same specifications. Both show the same results in this report. The memory is 12 GB and I have two memory cards installed in both the rows using XMP I've tried installing the two cards in the same row and the only difference is that the computer performs slower.

I'll build a box with a Gigabyte more X58A-UD3R in the midst of the identical memory and CPU itself.

I would attempt the X58 MB, but in its list of 8 Gigabit only see this report and make sure you do not mix the two sets. Look at the modules and make sure they are all the same batch code and version you have in a system, you cannot mix these modules.

And the CPU is used in a P67 MB unable to work on an X58 chipset. deteriorating that would test all modules one at a time with Memtest to make sure everything happens. And if they are tried in the P67 MB XMP do not allow these modules cannot work with the MB due to the voltage mode is set to XMP.

I'm a newbie here, and I lately bought a Asus Sabertooth P67, along with Corsair HX3X12G1600C9 (XMP) 12 GB (2 GB 6x). apologetic for the dumb query, nevertheless how it is probable to mount these six memory modules on a motherboard that merely has four memory slots?

Qualified Vendors List (QVL) Asus says that these modules are well-matched with Sabertooth P67. Nevertheless I have no consideration where to put all these modules.

Right, it is not possible. Almost certainly in the subsequent list, you can make use of 4 of 6 sticks.
