upgrading gigabyte G31M-ES2L in terms for better gaming and browsing

wanted 2 upgrade my PC

System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: G31M-ES2L
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 1024MB RAM

how could i make this PC better
in terms of speed
little gaming and browsing n all

i have decided its visual upgrades i have decided 2 buy this case at any cost

and the parts should be available in india

If you want better gaming performance then in my views you must not compromise with the upgrade. Gigabyte G31 supports Intel Core 2 Extreme processor, Core 2 Quad and Core 2 Duo. You can go with Core 2 Duo with a powerful graphic card which must. G31 is a bit older board. And if you are planing to get a new mobo, then go for Intel Core i3 + Intel board with medium range gpu.

Well, can you tell us what is the budget that you can throw around to buy any of the new graphics card available in the market. You have written that you want to game a little bit then, so what I think is you can easily go with teh cheap SAPPHIRE HD 4350 1G Hyper Memory which will cost you Rs. 2,100.00 and is enough to play high end games on medium settings.
