This restarting system happen inside the RAM of system which is not inserted properly. In that case, you need to reinsert this RAM. This process works to fix this restarting issue. I hope that this works on your system.

You can also check the RAM you use is properly compatible with the processor and the motherboard. Then I suggest to you for make sure that this both important hardware of the system supports an existing RAM. Most of the time, RAM is an important issue behind this restarting issue. You need to try reinserting compatible RAM and locate the response after it.

I am not sure but I might be think that the bios of the system not works in proper manner. It could be also possible that the setting of the BIOS has not been set in proper manner and it gives problem to boot an system hardware. Then try to update bios. This will be work to fix your issue. Online as well as offline process works to fix your complicated problem.

I know the reason why this problem arrives on this system. It happens when ROM ID from current installed BIOS and your target BIOS are different, that affected arrives such problem. one of the reason behind this is installed BIOS version not able to interact with the system processor and its relative hardware. In that case, we need to make the corrections onto this installed BIOS. Update the BIOS version also works to solve this problem. After doing this task, this will be help to fix such problem and then might be it fix your problem.

1.3v set in BIOS with Vdroop Control set to "high vdroop" is showing 1.272v idle. This could be also one of the reason and hence I think you need to properly set this voltage of the system. The power management option of the device manager helps to do this task. then try this and locate the result.

If the problem related to the power, then you need to check the connection between hardware and the PSU. This PSU is an power supply Unit that provides power supply to the system hardware. Using this power supply is any hardware capable to do necessary task. Then you need to use it and see what happen onto it.

I think you can get a CPU/CPU cooler combo deal on the i5 2500K. Then use this CPU cooler and it will be help to you for controlling the temperature and heat of the system. It helps for solving your complicated problem.
