Memory timing for DFI LANParty DK 790FXB-M3H5

I have a DFI DK-plate 790FXB M3H5 16GBs Rip jaw DDR3 1600. CPU is a amd 1055T.I'm using it to replace my Q6600 my ESXi server and I want to is the use of low energy. C2 state to allow the changes I have to also set the timing mode memory to auto. So this confuses me, the system know that it is DDR3 1600, nevertheless make use of it as DDR3 1066? is somehow or dynamic?

This can be difficult to accept (which is for most people), but when you buy RAM rated at 1,600 MHz are actually buying ram 1333 is a nice bonus and was tested at the factory to operate at 1600 MHz when overclocked by adding extra tension or relaxation of the times. Do not believe me, then download and install CPU-Z and open the "SPD" tab. The JEDEC column value is what is encoded in the module factory. JEDEC's column to the right would be the factory recommended voltage and schedules for the operation of the RAM in 1600. Contrast with the values of further columns that stand for lower speeds.

Having said all that the defaults speed of the motherboard for DDR3 1333 would usually 1600. It's a bit strange that the default in 1066. You have to take the speed setting in the BIOS memory out of "Auto" and manually to a higher value.

Just a heads up, however: Even if the RAM 1600 is going to make the system may not be stable at that value, especially if overclocking as the integrated memory controller, AMD is only rated for 1333.

Is likely beta bios from DFI that is why it’s using 1066 instead of 1333. I just went ahead and adjust speed and timing for DDR3 1600.

I just installed a DFI DK790FXB-M3H5 and chipset driver disk will not install. I'm using Win7 Pro x64.I get this message:"Message Settings"

The motherboard is not compatible with this operating system. The application will be terminated” Do you be acquainted with where I am able to get hold of Win7 x64 drivers? I experienced the DFI website, but this board is not on the list.

But the only reference is the AMD logo design and XP / Vista x64 compatibility and my driver disk and is "Vista ready driver." I could not even find a link to 790FX drivers.

It would be enormous if an important person has the drivers Windows 7 x64 790FX.

The DVD drive is not prepared to "auto-run" Windows 7 ", nevertheless" if you explore the DVD with Windows Explorer (after closing that mistake note) If you necessitate to install the drivers from the DVD furnished.

The chipset drivers and audio were 100% compatible.
