Name of this two mobo are almost same. Then is there any serious difference present on this mobo or not. I already decided to use an Intel Core i5-2500K processor that runs on windows XP system. Thanks for anything related to this issue.

GIGABYTE Z68 series motherboards provide all the advanced overclocking features. There is not huge difference between these motherboards. Because of this two motherboard are to be same series mobo, you can use any one of them. I am sure that both will be compatible with your selected processor. It also won’t give any problem on the windows XP system.

The difference is that the XP has HDMI out to utilize the CPU's in built GPU. If you think about the price then the difference is hardly $1. You haven’t able to face any difference between two motherboard. IF your plans are to OC later then you'd go with the GA-Z68XP-UD4 as a better investment.

That motherboard will be fine. When in SLI you will be running at 8x / 8x (8x for both GPUs). In my opinion the UD4 doesn't offer enough extras to justify the difference in price. You need to buy Gigabyte Z68X-UD4-B3 motherboard that can be work to solve your motherboard problem. Then use this strategy and see what happens onto it.

After selecting any one of the motherboard between such two, you need to perform a bios update task onto it. This is the strategy that works to solve your complicated problem. This Gigabyte Z68X-UD4-B3 motherboard is including increasing processor core ratios, growing DDR3 memory ratios and rising power and current limits. Enable in a few other technologies, like Smart Response. Then select this mobo and use its overall functions.

The heatsink has a pretty descent size that can handle heat during stressed conditions. This facility is available on the GA-Z68-UD4-B3 motherboard. For better performance you can apply the overclocking process onto it. Then try to use this on your system.
