As per you mentioned that problem arrives on this motherboard because of the upgrade bIOs. Hence I must say that you can follow the process to reset BiOS task. This will be work to set the configuration and setting of Bios to the default stage. Try this onto your system.

I also recommended using this technique and it will be work for set the setting of the CMos to the default stage. You can do this by unplug the CMOS cell onto the motherboard for 10 minute. Then insert the new CMOS battery cell onto respective position. Next stage is connect proper power supply to this motherboard. After connecting proper power supply to this mobo you can able to start system with same motherboard.

It is not 100% guaranteed that upgrade the BIOS with FGF can make positive changes onto it. It could also possible that this upgrade BIOS has to be make unnecessary changes onto it. in that case, I must say that you need to set the setting onto that BIOS in manual manner. Main setting of the BIOS is as Set System Voltage Control to {Manual} and Set DRAM Voltage Control to {1.65 volts}. For the better performance it is necessary to adjust DRAM Frequency with Timing Mode and Spread Spectrum. It will be work to run the mobo programs on positive side.

Initially you had to make sure of bios is running ganged mode or unganged mode for memory timing. ganged mode is 1x128bit dual channel unganged is 2x64 bit. Basically this mode allowing you to use your ram in dual channel vs single channel. If updated bios has not set it in well manner then yes it happen that mobo not started properly. Then use this mode and check that mobo has work or not.

This updating chipset driver has also been the best way that works for solving your problem. GIGABYTE's AMD motherboards are ready to support new generation of chipset driver. Accessible in this download are newest drivers for VGA controller and AGP VxD drivers for motherboards. We need to check the respective driver of this chipset. It provides generic versions of drivers for general purposes.

I think it would also being happen because of the RAM not inserted onto this memory slot. If it won’t insert properly then you need to reinsert it.

You can also try to reconnect the power supply of motherboard. It could be possible that connection between this power supply that is PSU and mobo has been not worked in well manner. GIGABYTE’s unique USB power intends is moreover proficient to efficiently control output over full voltage range. In theory once the power has completely drained that should be it. In that situation you had to reconnect the power supply. For doing this task you can take the help of the manual of this mobo.
