I have gone through your problem and I will first suggest to run the memtest86 in your computer and after that check whether you are getting error with testing or not. if the test passes without error then problem is something else and if you get error then problem is with your RAM.

if you don’t know about the memtes86 then I will help you with that. Memtest86 is memory test program and it will let you know about the problem with memory. to run the memtest86 you have to first download the memtest86 ISO file from the internet and after downloading the memtest86 in your computer you have to burn that ISO file in to the DVD or CD and after burning the ISO file you have to restart the computer and after that you have to run the memtest86 and you have to check whether you are getting any error or not. if you get the error while running the memtest86 then problem is with the RAM and if you don’t get any error then some other hardware is causing this issue.

First try memtes86 and after that let me know what the result is.

According to me you have to try to solve this problem by changing the BIOS setting. First open the BIOS setting in your computer and after that you have to check the Ram frequency is proper or not. you have to also check your computer with the one RAM stick in the computer at a same time and after that see what the situation is.

I have run the memtest86 in my computer and after running that I didn’t get any error. Now after that I have also tried to check my computer with the single RAM stick at a same time and at that time computer worked flawlessly.

Is there anything wrong with my RAM stick or something wrong with my motherboard?

as you have mentioned that computer is running fine with the single RAM stick at time then I think problem is not with your RAM stick but the problem is with your Ram slot on the motherboard. contact the motherboard manufacturer and after that you have to tell about the problem which you are facing in your computer and then he will give you solution.
