RAM options for Intel D865PERL motherboard

I have an Intel D865PERL motherboard in which I have installed the Pentium 4 2.8 GHz processor. Currently it is running with 1GB RAM but now I want to upgrade to 2GB in any manner. For this I have 2 Choices for Corsair and they are:

• Corsair CMC2GX1M2A400C3 (2 x 1GB)
• Corsair VS2GBKIT400C3 (2x 1GB)

The memory desires to be: non ECC, unbuffered, SPD as well as 184 pin DDR SDRAM. Which one is suitable do you think?
