Not getting post beep or Video from MSI P41-C31

I am having some problem with my current motherboard that is MSI P41-C31. Actually, it does not post and not giving me any beeps. I can see that all the three lights are on in the motherboard. Below is the specification for that.

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
OCZ 700w PSU
G.Skill 4 gb(2x2gb)DDR3 1333
Sparkle GTS 450

Earlier to this, I was using the MSI P43-C51 with the similar specification but it was with the BFG GTS 250. I am not able to post once I put that to the sleep mode. I am not sure that what I should replace in order to get this resolved.

Are you having any other PSU by which you can give it a try? If you have that then you can try by using that and let us know that if this was helpful to you in any way.

Have you bought this new? I am asking this because if you bought this new then there is no need to do anything on that. Just go back to the dealer from where you bought that and ask them about this problem. They will tell you that what the exact problem with that is and if you found that they are not helpful then you can directly contact to the MSI support they will tell you that what is the problem with that and how this can be resolved.
