RAM recommendations for MS-9130 K8T-Master2-FAR

I would like to pay money for a few RAM for it except what speed plus how much of it is the problem? A number of citizens have reported issues in the long-ago. Now it is running with 2x512MB Samsung REG ECC. The unique 2x512MB Kingston which I utilized to run within it too (sum of 2GB) keeps BIOS beeping as well as won't POST. Therefore I'm down toward the Samsung RAM again. What kind of RAM combination is suitable for this motherboard?

But you have a 32x or 64x-bit operating system because operating systems 32xBit with 4 GB of RAM is useless because only a maximum of 3.5 can be effectively addressed. Because of that if you have a 32x bit operating system you can save the money for something else
