Windows halt during cold boot on MSI DKA790GX Platinum

Before time I was using MSI K9N2 SLI Platinum. Now I am upgraded to MSI DKA790GX Platinum. Here comes the issue. At any time I cold boot, it gets to windows loading graphic screen and then halts. This is right prior to the end where it resets every one of USB devices ahead of loading windows. I have checked it by unplugging USB devices, apart from keyboard as well as rebooting. If again reboot it will load windows correctly. It seems to occur for the duration of cold boot only. From my knowledge I can start over the PC all day and it will not take place over again.

Regarding the BIOS version, available on the chip, 1.20, then even this version of BIOS on your board may be present. Your CPU is supported from BIOS 1.4. Normally this should work as well with your BIOS, and at least display an image, but the exception proves the rule. First check the position of the spacers in the housing, which may be placed only where the board is also a hole for it. It may therefore be only nine spacers. Furthermore, check the I / O panel; also like to have concluded there is a short circuit. Once you tested it, or corrected, did build the board again and start it.

This behavior usually indicates a defective or incorrectly adjusted or incorrectly addressed hardware. Before you now execute the following steps, you should consider in each case, the above sections. If your BIOS have tampered with anything, then you should put the settings in the BIOS and check back if necessary to the origin. At the BIOS was not changed, but you have installed new drivers! In this case you should try the computer in Safe Mode to run and uninstall the driver. T
here were no drivers installed or uninstalled! Then it will be difficult . If a hardware defect is the assumption that it is difficult to find them. In most cases there is a defective RAM module (memory, graphics card, network card, etc.).

You should remove or replace any components that use memory. This might be a network card or video card. The network card you can completely remove it from the computer and install if necessary later. The graphics card you should replace with another. With replacing the graphics card has resolved the problem? If not, then it probably was not the graphics card. As of now the thing gets really interesting. If all the above things to exclude, then you should try the last version that operating system to install new or repair. During the repair, but not necessarily defective drivers are uninstalled. Since you sure there are no drivers but any system errors, then you should prefer to repair the installation.

Pied be a symptom of electrolytic capacitors in a bad state, either the source or on the motherboard, these are downloaded to the computer off and need a first power to load, load maintained while in use. The source is more complicated to look at, you would have to open it, but the board can give a look to see if you have any acid leaking capacitor.

Can you launch the Safe Mode, and then you can still save all of your needed files. Does the new installation does not break windows and over again from the setup or the setup has been completed, and Windows still has a problem with starting, then it may be that a major hardware failure exists. In this case, once an expert view on the computer. Can tinker themselves cost a lot of money quickly and you have unnecessarily bought hardware that you would not be able to buy.

You should try out, who could be the culprit. Mostly, corrects the error, if you exchanged the RAM again. In many cases, it was so that two RAM modules on the motherboard - there were building blocks. Here one could easily test out whether there is a defective RAM module. A block away and restart the computer. - Same error - Replace the blocks and then restart the computer. If there is still an error? Then you should definitely check with a known or from a second computer has a RAM module borrow and incorporate these into the computer. In general, it does appear rarely, give up the two RAM modules of the mind, but can also occur.
