shutdown after 30 sec and abnormal fan speed

(becareful for my very bad english)
my 7 mounths old dell inspiron n5010 shutdown suddenly when i was try to install xp
to full story:i decided to install win xp so i changed sata from the bios to ata,then rebooting and loading win seven (already installed),but a blue screen appaer for less than one seconde and shutdown,after restarting it shutdown again but after 30 sec even in bios mode,i had also ubunto installed,if i load ubunto this message appaer "critical temperature 90c reached" but still didn't shutdown,i tried to restore the default setting of th e bios and another problem,it ask for system password !
now my laptop when starting the fan get overspeed,im obliged to put a password and it shutdown after 30 or 40 sec!
