64 bit Windows XP SP2 audio drivers not working Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7

I have got Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 (rev 2) Motherboard installed in my desktop computer which is running 64-bit Windows XP Service Pack 2 Operating System. I am finding it difficult to load the audio drivers for my Motherboard. I tried installing the drivers many times but nothing seems to be helping me install the following drivers in my system. Still I am getting the yellow question marks in the Windows device manager. Can someone tell me what the issue is?

You should go to the device manager and then scroll down and look for the audio device. You will find it to be having a yellow exclamation mark which indicates that the drivers are not installed in your system. Hey guys, I also faced this issue with my the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 (rev 2) Motherboard. And luckily I found a work around for the same. I actually took help from my friend who is pretty good with computers. He suggested me to reinstall the Video drivers of my computer system and then try to install the audio drivers. Luckily the solution did the trick for me in solving my similar issue. So, I will also recommend you to do the same, as I strongly feel that it is worth trying.
