Which is better, intel i5 2410m or intel i5 480m or intel i7 2630qm

I am planning to have a new laptop and as I search it on the internet I have seen too many laptop models, and in that I have seen that they are offering only these three processors only, such as i5 SandyBridge 2410 @ 2.3 ghz, i5 480m @ 2.66ghz and the i7 SandyBridge 2630qm @ 2ghz, thus I am confused about that like which one to get it for my laptop? How they are different from each other? Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.

See as you have mentioned it seems you don’t have very much knowledge about this processors, but yeah I can say you can compare between the first two, but the third one is completely different, as you can’t compare it with other two. And off course the third one is best among that three, so I would recommend you then you should buy it that Intel core I7 only, because as you buy that you should not have look after for at least 1 year.

I would say since last few years quad cores will turn out to be standard, and off course quad core is much better than the dual core, thus I would also recommend you the same that’s Intel i7 SandyBridge 2630qm @ 2ghz, but remember one thing that as if you took this one you have to pay more for that and its obvious thing as you are getting a very powerful CPU from the Intel, But I would say its worthy to buy, really I have the Intel core I5 but still I am regretting about the same like why don’t I have I7.

If you want to compare those product I would say, Intel I7 is much better than the I5 because as it is the enhanced new version, and it has a capability to handle almost all the big programs, with a very good maintenance of CPU utilization, the PC will not get stuck in between, no doubt intel I5 is also better but it’s always the fact that the enhanced and the new one have more feature than the previous one, so there is no comparison.

That’s enough as you also have been decided about the processor after seeing this, but I would like to recommend you some name of the laptops, that you can buy and which has a very good support for the Intel I7 processors, and various other also. See you can have Vostro 1500, dell Latitude 13, dell Latitude D600, or if you have a glance at Lenovo you can have ThinkPad Z61t and the ThinkPad T60.
