Normally AMD 64 bits processor is more secure and compatible with 32 bits applications. There is special kind of facility present in the AMD processor that they keep program files folder for 64 bits and other program files folder for 32. That is the 32 bit applications and the 64 bit applications are arrange in different manner for easily executing this programs. The Phenom 9950 processor is also the 64 bits processor. Then I suggest you to install the 64 bit version of the Window XP.

Running on lower memory 32bit programs will never lose any speed of the system. I haven’t got that kind of experience. Mainly AMD is suitable with the 32 bit as well 64 bit applications it haven’t gives any kind of troubles on this two OS. I think the choice is yours. If you want to install high configurations on the system then XP 64 is best suitable for you otherwise 32 bit is also good choice. Both are the versions of the Windows XP and there is not any major difference between this two.

As per my knowledge windows XP pro does not support 4 GB RAM. It should be need about 3gb size of RAM. If we try this 32 bit on the 4GB RAM then it won't be super effective as compared to the windows 64 bit OS. There is no program compatible issue in here but I think the speed of the system is missed in this system configurations. Then if you had chosen the 2GB RAM then the XP pro is best for you. Don’t install the XP 64 in the system.

Both are the windows based operating system and both have provided graphical user interface facility. This both OS contains several facilities which help the user to operate the system easily. The win XP pro contains the 32 bit inbuilt programs and win 64 contains the 64 bit programs. Most of the time 64 bit program cannot work on the 32 bit xp pro. Then I suggest you to install the windows XP 64 operating system for the better performance.

As far as I understand, I thinking windows XP 64 bit OS quit fast as compared to the Windows pro 32 bit. I read somewhere that it was based on Windows 2003 operating system. I don’t know but sometimes the applications are not compatible with the 64 bit. It would be possible because it contains higher configurations and higher speed. The compatibility issue with the 32 bit applications is sometimes occurred in the system. Then I recommended you to choose the 32 XP for your system.

Hey dude, I have currently worked on the Windows pro 64 bit operating system and I haven’t found any problems on it. I think this XP 64 bit OS is very secure os and I am satisfied with this. I suggest you to use this OS. This will also capable to run the 64 bit applications. If you want some high speed performance then I recommended you to upgrade your RAM. May be increased it to at least 4GB. This will be providing the high speed of the system.
