ASRock N68C-S board showing Dead CPU or bad BIOS settings

I contain an ASRock N68C-S UCC. I pay money for a package and it worked very well. Then I realized that the CPU is supplied with a single-core Athlon (AMD Athlon 64 2650e - ADG2650IAV4DP) Instead of dual core was announced. The seller sent me a replacement CPU.) My process was to boot the PC into the BIOS settings Select Default BIOS settings, save settings, click Shut Down. Replaced the CPU for the new. On and I get nothing. The board is alive - the fans are running and the CPU is hot, but there is no signal going to the screen (integrated graphics). If the first CPU to change back, it boots fine. Did I miss something or I have sent a dead CPU.

Have you tried changing the power supply? Your system possibly will be within power or overloaded. If this is the case the system is still on, however the processor does not work. I tried this and experienced a similar situation when I changed the CPU of a computer just to see that you cannot boot but everything seems to be working. I replaced the power supply with a production capacity above and the system worked without any problems. Exactly, the power supply is one of the most common sources of the problem. And in most cases, do not realize. Many OEMs charge cheap supply systems, causing problems like this.

As for the PSU. There is an exciting obsession there is to know when to buy one. PSU producer rate their systems at idle. The fall of the load can be dramatic. A quick and dirty way to know if you have a good source of supply instead of point of sale is to look at the side of the box. The 12v rail rating should be higher than the 5V rail grade (in terms of amps max.) This is the opposite of what you would expect. What happens is that when you build, but it puts minimal safety devices and surge voltage within the circuit board. Smaller models or some things do not hook or ignores them completely.

I would put my card back on the same tip. This is a special diagnostic PCI card that will give the numeric codes of the BIOS (and special codes to the malfunction of BIOS) and the lights of adequate food. Can be a bit pricey, but they are exactly the diagnostic tool you need in a situation like that. Without one of these, I would test the power supply with a multimeter, and after that try to replace the lower component to most expensive

An additional option is that one or more USB ports are dreadful; you can enter the BIOS settings through that keyboard? If so, the keyboard is good. Sometimes also a number of USB a port resting on the obverse of a computer does not work as well as the ones built into the motherboard (back round). Consequently if you're with the mouse and keyboard into the front ports, try move to the back. If it is PS / 2 and then make sure you do not have the mouse and keyboard mixed.

At what time switching out the CPUs, attempt clearing the CMOS in the company of the jumper instead of going within and choose default BIOS settings. Try this and again try to boot your system I hope this will solve your issue. And if it’s not working then you have to change your CPU. Contact to your distributor and order for the most up to date processor. And I am sure this will solve your all issue. Please do this and let me know its working or not thank you.
