i5 2500 or i5 2400 processor, also need a good motherboard

Last time around i had asked about my graphics now after deciding the graphics card i want some suggestion about processor and mobo
see i want to use my desktop for gaming mostly
i earlier decided to go for i5 750 or i5 760
but few of my friends tell me that i5 2500 n i5 2400 cost around da same price and have better performance is it true which one should i go for?
next please suggest me a good motherboard am goin to spend 7000 to 8000 rupees on graphics card so motherboard should be around 4000 to 5000
n do tell me do i need a good motherboard for overcloacking my graphics card and processor if yes which one should i buy please suggest me

I think that the Intel core i5-2500 Price in India is Rs.12,300 or maybe lesser as per the new budget. If you have the budget for this processor then you can obviously go for 2500k, however the motherboards are a bit more expensive though they are in effect with the 1156 socket replacement so there is no point going with a 760 unless its a matter of budget.
