First Post, my computer is not posting

Hi first post,

I just brought a factory refurbished ga g41m es2l and its not posting, no lights and no beep.

It will turn on for about 5 seconds before it turns itself of and tryies to boot again. Any Advice on what to do?

should I reset the BIOS?

First of all you are welcomed in techarena . Well I think that you should try and start the system in the safe mode and I am sure that it will start and then you can get a chance to determine what the problem is. And if you are not able to boot the system in safe mode also then I guess this link will help you out.
