Well, your best bet would be to RMA the ram if it could be from the place where you bought it, because its already showing you memtest failure warning. Or else you will have to buy exact memory by speding some penny, as in the least option. Memory normally will be configured to run at the specified voltage settings. This is not always the case. Running RAM at the wrong voltage could also cause errors. Especially if the voltage is set too low. Too high will just eventually fry the RAM.

how to check the ram temp
I am not getting error with memtest86+ V4.2 when I am reducing the memory frequency to 1400 ,1570etc
by system multiplier and keeping CPU clock fixed at 2.66 to 2.88 GHz
Does that means that the BIOS has a problem or the ram is getting heated
It in now getting weird because I am not getting any error with memtest86+ V4.3 but I am getting error with win memory diagnostic Can any body explain why and what to do now ?
Memtest is a tool that test your ram and told you that whether it is stable or not. In my case once when I was cleaning my system, the ram was misplaced accidently and I was facing blue screen error. Then I removed ram, rubbed the ends of ram same with an ink rubber and place the same back. It started working. You can also try the same. Remove the ram stick and rub the end slots with an rubber. Wipe all black dots on it, those can be rust or carbob.
Hi,

But in the 2nd ram my screen is geting off and on many times
tell me if u whant the photo of the test
If your BIOS has a performance mode set that to standard rather than turbo. You might need to retest (after making changes) for a full day to have any reassurance, since a slower memory bus with more memory just takes longer to test. Also, if you had system your system.ini to a 512MB limit, try a lower value like 384MB.
