My currently running motherboard called as MSI 890GXM-G65 in my computer has 2 PCI-E slots. But I advise you to take any old Graphics card or maybe any new card and install it on any of the compatible PCIe slot. Afterward install the GPUz and some benchmark program to get the score of either the card or may be the PCIe slot. Run more than 3 times and verify the result. Also compare the same result with other result which you have got in other computer with same board or with same card. Now you can decide it by yourself.
