    AMD Athlon X2 7750 Vs. X2 240 CPU

I am studying in an Animation academy, to be specific I am into 2d and 3d animation, and need to daily work on high end softwares like the Adobe After effects for compositing and 3d max and Maya for 3d animations. Now the thing is I am trying to assemble my computer, and I have a good configuration in mind except for the processor. With the technology changing day by day I would like to know your views about two processors which I bear in mind that is the AMD Athlon X2 7750 and X2 240 CPU.

AMD Athlon X2 II 240 is like a new range of AMD Athlon X2 II which includes performance with the best quality. This AMD Athlon is faster as it is now declined on AM3, and offers a new level of multitasking performance for next generation platforms with a native dual-core architecture, and an L2 cache (2 MB) which is important. I have used this processor and I have to say that it is really fast, and you will enjoy the experience when you have it loaded.

On the market we have the Kuma in the form of the new AMD Athlon X2 7000 series. It seems AMD has started with a model, that is Athlon X2 7750. And it is assumed that this does not remain the last models in the series. As previously indicated, the Kuma processors are based on the current Core architecture, and are available in three or even four cores, in which just two cores are used. But the cache sizes of the Phenom have been retained.

It should consist of an unlocked multiplier in case of the Black edition of AMD Athlon X2 7750, which makes overclocking much easier. The Athlon II has a new newer architecture and so it should most likely be little faster as compared to the AMD Athlon X2 7750. AMD says that it offers maximum TDP which is the utmost quantity of energy that the processor can use and disperse under conditions of normal operation. So I think that this must be a good alternative rather than the X2 240 CPU.

Black Edition of AMD Athlon X2 7750 is clocked at 2.70GHz which even includes an unlocked multiplier. It provides an L2 Cache with 2 x 512 mb along with 2 mb shared of L3 Cache. I have heard that the latest versions of Athlon X2 are based on a 3.0 bus of HyperTransport, with an HT speed of 1800MHz that can provide a maximum of 3600MTs or 7200MBs. The AMD Athlon X2 7750 even includes features like the maximum TDP of 95 watts where TDP represents the thermal design power,
