Hp Mini 1000 wont start up

My hp mini 1000 wont boot up. when i turn it on it goes right to a screen that asks how i want to start up windows ( safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompts, and start windows normally) all of the options give me the same results, it will go to the loading screen with the windows xp logo, then switches quickly to the blue screen, then switches quickly back to an hp logo with f9 and f10 options and then quickly goes back to which mode i want to start with. any advice?

It seems to be the problem with the Windows File System which might got corrupted that is why you are getting the issue with the same. I will advise you to go with the Windows repair with the Windows Genuine CD. So if you can then go through the same and let me know whether this is working with the issue of yours or not.

im not sure how to do anything with it, it doesnt have a disk drive

There are some laptops like asus eeepc, acer aspire one, hp mini etc which is not having the CD drive and so it is not possible to install the operating system to them with the help of the CD. You can also install or repair the system with the help of the pen drive. You should search on the google that how can you make the pan drive bootable and install the operating system with that. I am sure that you will get this easily on google. Thank you.
