CORSAIR Vengeance 12GB vs CORSAIR DOMINATOR 12GB

I am planning to build a new performance computer for multi- tasking as well as application severe purposes. For which I am planning on the way to install 3x4Gb = 12GB ram. I am planning to get any one of the below: 1) CORSAIR Vengeance 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Model CMZ12GX3M3A1600C9 and 2) CORSAIR DOMINATOR 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Model MP12GX3M3A1600C9 . I have checkes on the net but the specification seems to be same: Cas Latency: 9, Voltage: 1.5V and Timing: 9-9-9-24 and Multi-channel Kit: Triple Channel Kit. However there is a price difference. I would like to hear about them from any experience user so that I can make decision to go with which one. Please tell me how much and what difference are they going to make. Thank you in advance for your suggestion.

You do not require 12 GB unless you make use of many applications, a lot of Adobe, at a time. Now for a bit of money more than the payback of the kit, however for less money than Domintaro, you can get this: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7T-12GBRH that comes with better specifications. With respect to the fridge, or Archon Silver Arrow works just fine and very alike to the NH-D14. Note that you may possibly have troubles installing these high-profile coolers RA, longer if fan comes by RAM.

Thank you for your suggestion. Silver Arrow seems like a promising product. However I believe fans of this cooler at a standstill interfere by means of a memory module which has a larger heat sink spreader. Concerning 12 GB, one of the major causes is that I desire to install VMware Workstation on Linux RedHat plus for that reason used as a sandbox to practice the Oracle database as well as other challenging applications intensively. I am on the team plus a great deal of self-learning for the coming months, I have the purpose of connecting a storage rack in the SAN or else NAS. Similarly, the plan to host my home automation software. Thus yes some things are going at it. Possibly in the future I can add one more 12 GB with three OS as well as 24 GB is if the cost of the modules of 100 to 120 dollars.

If you are avoiding RAM by means of tall heat sinks (by that I indicate taller than 40mm) you are should to have no trouble. RAM heat sinks in reality serve up a reason "back in the day" however, as you be able to see by reading several THG articles, by some exceptions (that is Corsair Ascent Liquid coolers), those fancy observing heat sinks do not accomplish a darn thing. This memory will offer you no problem with CPU coolers. I also have done about 9 builds by them and no intrusion issues up till now.
