DG31 PR support for 2TB SATA Internal HDD

Will DG31 PR Intel motherboard support 2TB SATA internal HDD ? I am planning to get one. Anyone kindly give your feedback on this issue !!!.

Supported IDE hard drive dimension is resolute by a number of factors, counting:

• Construction of the drive itself
• The partition creation software (FDISK)
• The operating system
• The system BIOS

When integrating a hard drive into a novel or existing system, I would like to suggest you to refer to the hard drive documentation and the operating system documentation to determine the drive size supported at Intel site.

Is it possible to get any details regarding these factors ??? because I am getting very conflicting info. when searched on the internet regarding this issue.

is it possible to get any technical documents if possible !!!!

Because I am planning to get the Hardware in a day or two . Any help would be most useful .....

When you are are buying any hardware at that time it is advisable to check for the manual which is having all the detail about the hardware support and compatibility. So it is better to check for the support of the same on the manual or ask the distributor for its support. This is the best way to know about the compatibility.
