Need an Intel management system BIOS driver

I have recently upgraded the system which was having some older version to the almost latest that is I have recently installed the motherboard from the Intel which is Intel D945PSN and the BIOS series is SN94510J.86A version 108 and have the previous version of the operating system that is Windows XP Professional SP3. Everything was working fine but recently I mean today morning I have shocked when I have encountered an error in my Device Manager I have checked and find that below the 'System Devices', there is 'Intel (R) System Management BIOS Driver' this is flagged with an exclamation error it is showing the error message “This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device”. I have explored online for an answer to this problem but to no advantage. I am encouraged that somebody here might be able to give the means to a resolution. Please help me.

I think the problem you are getting is due to the chipset software you are using is the older so that I suggest you to use the latest Chipset software. I think you need to download the latest Chipset software and after downloading it just run it into the system and then I think it will remove all the other issue you are getting from the on board USB controller so I think you need to do the above thing to get the desired solution from this issue.

Re: Need an Intel management system BIOS driver

    Hello,
After I set up SP2, my computer wouldn't fill at all and I was told to perform a fix install to just put back the system files and not execute a full return. Anyway, this worked out all correct, but at the present my computer loads in fact slow and also hangs for awhile on the Windows is loading display. I checked the happening viewer and have a small number of errors every time I boot up, and I go to device manager and observe that Microsoft System Management Bios Driver has the yellow caution symbol alongside it. The tool status interprets as follows: "Windows cannot load the gadget driver for this hardware. The driver might be degraded or missing". My query is, is there a method to find this driver somewhere? I'm not certain if this is what's because the error and the sluggish booting, but I figure it should be set either method. Any assist would be really respected! Thank you.

I think to get the desired solution you need to do the following things so that I think you will be able to get the desired solution so I would like to tell you to perform the following things which are given below:
    • First of all you need to go to the start button which is located at the left bottom to the screen.
    • After this just go to the run option and then type the following which is shown here as it is sfc /scannow there shoeld be space between sfc and the /.
    • Ensure that your xp disk is in the drive. If you slip streamed sp2 make clear in your mind that cd is in the drive or else it will attempt to return the fresh sp2 files with the older sp1 files.
