x58a-ud3r motherboards speaker just goes off

I joined the forum last night and posted a question about my mobo acting up.
Today it's gone. I send the admin a question did I post in the right place and got to bot e-mails right back telling me to register which I have already done.

    http://forums.techarena.in/motherboa...am/1375496.htm

The problem I am having is the mother boards speaker just goes off.
The temp of the cpu is 37c, 91f. The other 3 cores are about the same.

I have removed 5 of the 6 sticks of 2gb ram and the same thing happens.
The mobo post without error and will run all day. I just have to remove the little speaker to stop the noise.
The bios temp of the cpu is 35c

I have replaced the video card, power supply. hard drive same thing.

Useing cpuid the mobo chipset temps are at 32c

I did notice the sata chip was a little hot if that means anything.
The drives always seam fine, no errors.

I used real temps sensor test with prime 95 and it passes.

As of right now, the little speaker is not going off. When I open a program
that uses the graphics full screen or do a system backup it goes off.

    My setup is:
    Gigabyte x58a-ud3r rev 1.0
12 gigs of mushkin ddr 3 memory set in the bios as 7-7-7-20
    ati-5770 1 gig memory
    western digital 1tb black
    cosair 800 watt psu.
