Want motherboard and PSU for AMD phenom II

I wanted to upgrade my motherboard as well as the PSU on my system. I was being using my system from last one year without doing any kind of upgradation in the system. Now I need to upgrade it and I want to know that which motherboard and PSU will be good for my AMD phenom II processor. Does anyone have done the upgradation of motherboard and PSU on their system? If anyone have doe the upgradation please help me to upgrade me system. Thanking you in Advance.

Do you have gathered any information related to the motherboard as well as the PSU, which you like to upgrade on to your system? I hope you must have gathered some information related to motherboard and PSU. If you will able to present me that information than I will able to recommend you whether you should to go for it or not.

I have selected this and this are the following requirements-

• Asus motherboard budget pcie 16x single 5 to 6k

I have also selected a pair of chipsets 770 and 870 and the following models

• AMD 770 chipset- m4a77td and m4a77t/usb3
• AMD 870 chipset - m4a87td and m4a87td/usb3

I have selected the PSU

• Cooler master or Corsair 550W up to 5k

There is much other option of the motherboard rather than the Asus motherboard you must for the Intel motherboard or any other kind of motherboard for your AMD phenom II processor. Why are you going to the Asus motherboard I think you must go for some another motherboard for your AMD phenom II. I hope it will help you.

I will recommend you for the Gigabyte GA-945PL-S3 motherboard because I have been upgraded my computer system from the same Gigabyte motherboard. I have upgraded it on last two months only I have didn’t faced any other kind of problem on my system. I believe that this will be the better option for you to upgrade on your system.
