Intel i7-950 and 1333+ MHz RAM

I suppose to buy new Intel i7-950 laptop computer for my self, Presently i am using i5-750 machine and OCZ 1600MHz RAM with it. But i have found that i they are not compatible. Now i wanted to know that i7-950 will compatible with 1333 MHz RAM. If anyone having knowledge about this then please reply me. Any suggestion will appreciate, thanks in advance.

I have gone through your question and I think Intel i7-950 does support to the 1333 MHz RAM. For supporting to the board to the ram you may have to do the some changes in to basic input output settings. I using Intel i7-950 with the same 1333 RAM and believe me my machine is very compatible with it. I will suggest you to go and get 1333+ MHz RAM for your machine. Normally Intel i7-950 is comes with this compatibility and i think you can get it as internal in to your machine. If you are having any other query then please reply me.

Compatibilities of the RAM with the machine is depends on your board. As far I know that this Intel i7-950 is not compatible to this RAM.
