Intel DH57DD voltage regulator temperature problem

I am using an Intel DH57DD along with an Intel Core i5 661. Sometime i get an error from an Intel Desktop Utilities as Voltage Regulator Temperature exceeded its recommended maximum temperature. What kind of error is this and how can i solve it? Has anybody got any such error on their Intel system?

Whenever your computer's temperature gets exceeded then there are much possibility that it has been caused due to the insufficient space for outputting the heat out of your system. And this happens when your heatsink is not cleaned or there is not enough space to take out the heat. In most of the cases, Dust resists the heat to come out and gradually your CPU gets heated.

There are lots of softwares to measure the temperature of your CPU but there are very less which can show you an accurate results. And for dealing with this problem, You should always keep several temperature readers for your CPU so that you can compare the results and then come to the proper conclusion about your CPU's temperature.

Core Temp is a monitoring software for people who want to monitor temperatures and information on their PCs. With a simple interface, Core Temp includes a large number of components, and uses sensors (already present on the motherboard in general) to inform you of the temperature inside the housing, which is perfect for monitoring CPU temperature, but also the Junction.
