Intel Desktop Board D540XS Skulltrail and windows 7 is possible

I am having an Intel Desktop Board D540XS Skulltrail and i am looking forward to install the 64 bit Windows 7 on it. But before buying the windows 7, I would like to ask you that does this board is compatible with the windows 7 operating system or not. Please help me to find out some information about the same.

Actually microsoft says that you can install 64 bit Windows 7 on this motherboard but an only condition which you should consider is that you have all the latest BIOS.

Actually i am gonna buy a brand new Windows 7 operating system so it is but obvious that i would be collecting the drivers CD for the same before installing it. Once i am ready with all the stuff then i will start installing it. Then just need to rock n roll man! Still i am bit scary to start all this things.
