RAM upgrade for emachines D620

I have a emachines D620 laptop and I need to upgrade the Memory to 1GB. But I do not know what should be the model for the same or the type which would support the system well. It says that expandable upto 2GB. Please help me out for what kind should I be looking for in order to get the thing to be processed well. Thank you.

The system has the capability of supporting upto 4GB DDR2 RAM as I have upgraded mine and it did work well without any issue. So do check out well for the same and make the implementation that is needed. It will let the thing to be processed that is essential for the same which will let the implementation to be processed.

You can check out for the thing well to the manufacturer site and make the desired change that is essential and necessary. It will be better. So do make the thing to be processed that is needed. Do look out for the same and then process that is essential and get it worked which will be better. Make it work.

A 2Gb is supportable and you can process it well by using a 2GB memory that is DDR2 type. It supports well. Ass you need to upgrade the memory to 1GB I would suggest to go for DDR2 because the system that you use supports DDR2 RAM.It will be better and you can thus make the changes which will let the implementation to get it functioned and work. So check out for the same.
