GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H problems

Did my Bios F9 updated to F11, F11, unfortunately, no longer work at the BIOS to boot from a USB stick or SD card. With the F9 that works perfectly, so I did that again recorded. Just wanted to give notification about the bug and this problem is occurring on my GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H, I am just hoping that I will get the solution for this problem here. I will be waiting for the related reply.

Re: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H problems

I think that I am also facing the same problem in the BIOS as the boot device is listed as something like boot from removable media that I have even fist set as the boot device. USB was all set to enable. The same settings I have with the F9 and it works. In F11 I am getting the message, just "boot error" when I boot in the Medium menu. If anyone has any related reply for this then let me know about that.

Re: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H problems

Our FAE has the time tested and found no problems: "I tested this thing with our fast-MA785GM US2H". Booting from USB problem. In the F12 boot menu our USB stick appears as a hard disk. If the USB stick as a first Boot Device is set, the board also boots from USB. In short bios F11 AM2 5000 and Corsair Flash Voyager 2GB, FAT formatted. I hope that you have got the thing that you are trying to convey.

Re: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H problems

I have a MA785GMT-UD2H rev1.1 and identical problems. After updating the BIOS to the version that F9 cannot boot from USB. The stick worked without problems before on this board and on other computers. GRUB or syslinux can boot from USB, have also been other (USB / SATA) devices deducted, but only get the message "boot error". After some testing I was able to successfully downgrade to F6. Through incremental test to find out I could, that it has begun between F7 and F8. At the F8/F9 not even stick appears more as a hard disk in the F12 menu / USB-HDD does not work.

Re: GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H problems

Well I solved the problem I had with stripes, all came by the EVR but the thing is that I am using Windows Vista. Buy a Ati HD4350's in activate the VMR9 in Windows XP with the catalyst 9.8 solved all the problems of stripes. You just need to purchase a motherboard with integrated Ati hd4200 having to turn it off and put an Ati hd4350, well I have gained the upper hand in graphics power.
