Recently I have bought this X58A UD3R REV 1.0 but there are many things remaining for completing the assembly of my computer system. I have bought this because the latest 2.0 was not available in stock. Now it has arrived in stock and I am thinking of replacing this X58A UD3R REV 1.0 with 2.0 but it will be a wise decision to make or not because I have to pay a little more for getting this. I thing I am also having this similar problem. I tested the ram with memtest and nothing the whole night. I pulled out and put the components and nothing. So I bought another hard drive. I have put the power options in windows performance and not saving. In turn, clear the hibernation pc. Using Win 7 x64 Ultimate and I have not installed many things. Try changing the voltages of all, my time getting mecosto voltage stability over everything. When you get no reboots, is heated less, and saves electricity bill. I am suggesting this thing because I was also having this similar problem and I setear all voltages manually? There is one thing that I can be wrong or is disabled by default and need to activate. It also occurs to me that is a voltage issue, as if something was not receive all the current needs. Recently I got the system stable for about 1 week and more: I had to slightly increase the ram voltage: 1.5v instead of 1560.
