Does PC-100 SDRAM show compatible with PC-133 SDRAM?

I am having one small query that i wanted to know. I just wanted to know whether the PC-100 SDRAM is having the compatible with the PC-133 SDRAM so that i can replace the same. Does installing the same will create any issue with the system stability? If any one is having the knowledge regarding the same then please let me know about it. Thanks in advance.

First let me know which board you are using. I think that it is not possible to swap between PC-100 SDRAM with PC-133 SDRAM. You can not make the PC-100 SDRAM compatible with PC-133 SDRAM. So it is better to stick to the same card and work with it as both are not compatible with each other. Only some of the board will allow but that is also rare.

If you are willing to work with the pc100 with the pc133 then let me tell you that the pc100 is the slowest module and implementing the pc133 will set the device to higher module which will mess the system of yours. If you implemented the same then you will get the system may face lost of problem.

Thanks for the response of you which given regarding the PC-100 SDRAM show compatible with PC-133 SDRAM. I have gone through the detail of the same and let me tell you that i am satisfied with the same and i will be sticking to the one RAM only. The help provided by you is much appreciated. If more problem persist then will update this post.
