ASUS P7P55D-E Deluxe with an i5 750 freezes

I am having the ASUS P7P55D-E Deluxe which boots and runs without problems, but still some time (20-35 min sporadic freezes) my system suddenly. Windows stops and the Speaker starts beeping. After a reboot everything is back to normal. The above error occurs again, however. Does anyone know the cause of the abrupt failure or crash? I am having the following hardware in my self-system as usual (no problems) screwed together :
    • ASUS P7P55D-E Deluxe (BIOS version 0609)
    • Intel i5 750 2.67 GHz
    • Corsair 2GB 2x CM3X2G1333C9
    • Straight Power 700Watt E7
    • Samsung HD252HJ

All required Program can be found in downloads or in the forum e.g. benchmarks. 1st CPU-Z 2 Real Temp third Prime 95. They are well-known programs for testing and reading. Prime load all the cores / threads to 100%. Real Temp shows the temperature and load on each core. CPU-Z reads a lot of CPU and Ram settings from the Vcore incl. This is what you can for example, whether the Temps are ok or more RAM or CPU have a problem.

memtest86 + -4.00 ran flawlessly through (about 1 hour). My memory modules appear to be in order. Prime95 TotureTest I can go through it. The Worker2 has established a Fatal Error. The exact description of the error I have attached as an appendix. Also the M1061 test went through without problems. To the temperatures before and during the Prime95
    Standard Temp
    CPU 24 ° C
    MB 31 ° C
    During the Torture Tests
    CPU up to 67 ° C
    MB to 47 ° C

How well do you know your in bios? What CPU-Z shows in Memory. Ram V give a little more, CPU times re-install, replace bolt-Ram / test individually. The latter I would do first, or a new BIOS and CMOS reset next. If I were in your place not until times Bios to default and then the RAM's separately test.

I know the most important settings in the BIOS (boot, SATA / IDE configuration, and temperature displays). No knowledge have I of Overclocking. RAM I have marked with A and B and then tested individually. The result was good. At LinX no problems (one test with a bolt-DIMM). I have the memory latches times simply changed since the system runs without a single freeze.
