Intel dh55hc boot problem

I have a problem with a PC Intel dh55hc that does not boot .The motherboard is dh55hc Infinity. When I look at the diagnostic LEDs at the blockade , they tell me "Testing all memory "...So, I installed the RAM on another PC and it works correctly. Then, an idea of the breakdown or the motherboard is damage ? Please help. Thanks in advance.

1 . Reset bios
2 . on the CM there is a jumper marked safe mode just below the bios reset , move the jumper and turn on the computer

You need to install a new material with a disc that already has an installation of another configuration nothing like it for the pc crashes. You do not installed new hardware on an old config without formatting ! because your HDD is supported drivers for the old motherboard and so when you change your motherboard as you have done, after starting the PC will be completely lost with potential conflict hardware.
