MObo & cabinet help needed !!!

I recently planned to buy AMD phenom II X4 945 procy. NOw due to my tight budget which is the best suitable mobo for this procy? I need DDR3 ram supported mobo. My budget is around 3.5k

Plz suggest a good looking cabinet budget is around 2k.

I think that the cpu AMD phenom II X4 945 limits you to AM2+ motherboards that only support DDR2 memory. You need something like a Phenom II X4 945 to run an AM3 Board for DDR3 Memory. So you need a motherboard like MSI K9A2GM-F which alone will cost you 3k. Also it is DDR2 ram supported and a ddr2 ram alone will cost you 1k to 2k, whereelse the ddr3 1gb starts at 2k, incase if you are looking for some branded memory. And you can get a ATX Cabinet with 400 Watts SMPS for Rs. 2000 for sure.
