AMD Athlon Dual-Core QL-62 Slow running game

I have recently bought a cool new Compaq laptop which has AMD Athlon Dual-Core QL-62 processor, 2.00 Ghz, 3Gb, amd 32 bit. I unable to play online games like Phantom EFX on it. When I play this game my spins run very slow. My husband have computer with AMD Turion 64x2 Mobile TL-62 processor which is running Windows vista and Phantom EFX game is working fine there. I don't know why this is happened. I don't know why AMD Athlon Dual-Core QL-62 Slow running game. Anyone else having the same problem. Please help me.

I don't know very much about AMD Athlon Dual-Core QL-62 processors. By cons for the graphics card I would choose the ATI card (even if a 3470 or above 3650 would play in better conditions). I bought an HP Pavilion recement, and actually hesitated between AMD and Intel (the same as you).
