AMD X6 1055t vs x4 965

I have to buy new processor for my computer. I want to buy processor of only 'AMD'. I have two choices for this processor, which are AMD Phenom II X6 1055T and AMD Phenom II X4 965. I have referred many websites, but didn't get more details over these processors. I wonder if you are able to help to make selection between these two AMD processors.

I think you should go for AMD Phenom II X6 1055T. This increase affects primarily components on which the L3 cache from 2 million to 6 million while the L1 and L2 remain unchanged. However the frequency of the L3 cache slipped slightly 1800 MHz cons 2000 MHz for the Phenom. The power consumption of AMD Phenom II X6 1055T is very low as compare to the other processors.
