I am looking for upgrading the desktop computer system of mine but before doing that i want to consult about the motherboard and the RAM memory compatibility which i have selected for upgrading the system. I want to know that the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD5 motherboard and Corsair CMD12GX3M6A1600C8 Dual Channel DDR3 Memory RAM are compatible with each other or not.

According to me you should go to the computer system and purchase the Gigabyte motherboard and ask the shopkeeper itself that the Corsair CMD12GX3M6A1600C8 will be compatible with this motherboard or not. If yes then it is good otherwise tell him to give the compatible RAM with the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD motherboard.
