Close background tasks and try again. Maybe he is running a background task that is interfering. Press simultaneously the CTRL + ALT + DEL. This Close Program window appears. Highlight and click End Task on each of the running tasks except Explorer, Systray, and tasks that begin with "HPO".
Click End Task. The Close Program box will disappear when you click End Task. Try to perform a scan when all tasks have been closed. If the exploration work is that there was a software problem. Reboot and repeat the steps to close the tasks.

If you are using Windows Vista, right click on the file to install iTunes and select Run as administrator. If you use XP, you may have a problem with account permissions that can be caused by several issues (group, virus, adware that damaged the profile. If you are an administrator account on your system, try to create a new account and see if the program will be installed. If you do, your profile has problems. If it is possible that your security software is blocking the installation is running McAfee or Norton security center applications

To fix it you should "Partial Reset" which is provided by the HP Web site. To do this you must:

    1. Press the Cancel and Power at the same time, until "Enter Special Key Combo" nthe small screen LCD.
NOTE: After this step is essential that you quickly get to step 2 for the "Enter Special Key Combo" not short of the small screen. If you go away while you're trying to do step 2 is only the start step 1 again.

2.Press buttons blue, green and gray, in that order until "Support rhlxFN ...".

3.Press the blue until the Resets Menu (Menu resets) in the control panel. Press OK.

4.Press the blue button until the Partial Reset. Press OK.

    Check the estimated ink levels

    1. Check the estimated ink levels remaining in the print cartridges.

    2. Open the Toolbox from the printer. There are two ways to do this:
Open the HP Solution Center, select Settings and then Toolbox printer.
Where the method of the HP Solution Center does not work, open Printers and Faxes in Control Panel of Windows, and then click the right mouse button on the printer icon and select Properties. Click the Resources tab and then on the Printer Services.

If the cartridges are low or no ink, consider replacing them.

NOTE: multifunctional HP can detect the ink levels, only the HP print documents. The levels of ink cartridges refilled or used in other devices may not be recorded accurately.
