Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD7 Motherboard Driver not working

Hello, My computer is having Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD7 Motherboard and from few days I am getting problem of the motherboard driver. I have tried to install the driver on it. But, I am not able to install the driver for my motherboard. I am having Motherboard Driver CD, but it is not accepting the driver. If you are having any details from which I will able to get the solution then please help me. I have Windows xp on my computer.
