What are the different types of CPU server?

There a many (central processing unit) CPU server are available in the market some are multi-threaded and some the multi-core. I only know few of the names of these technologies but I want to know the detail information related to the CPU servers available in the market. I will be really thankful I anybody can give me the related information related to this topic.

    Multi-threaded processor

Simultaneous multithreading Simultaneous multithreading, referred to as SMT. SMT processor by copying the structure of the state, so that the same Processor On the implementation of multiple threads simultaneously and share the implementation of the processor resources to maximize the wide-launch-of-order superscalar processing, computing components to improve processor utilization, ease because of Data Cache misses related or caused by access to Memory Delay. If there is not more than one thread is present, SMT processor-wide start on almost traditional superscalar processors. SMT is simply the most attractive small-scale changes in processor core design, almost no additional cost, you can significantly improve performance. Multithreading Technology May think that the core of high-speed computing to be more prepared to deal with Data to reduce the computing core of the idle time. This low-end desktop system is undoubtedly very attractive. Intel from the 3.06GHz Pentium 4, all processors will support the SMT Technology

SMP (Symmetric Multi-Processing), symmetric multi-processing arrangement of short, that means construction a computer, brings jointly a group of processors (multi CPU), shared flanked by the CPU and the memory subsystem bus structural design. In this Technology With the support of Services plans the system can simultaneously run multiple processors and common memory, and other host resources. Like Dual Xeon, which is what we call the Road, which is in the symmetric processor system, the most common one.

That is non-uniform sharing of visits NUMA shared memory machinery, which is by a number of high-speed confidential network linking system consisted of self-governing nodes, each node can be a single CPU or SMP systems. In the NUMA in, Cache steadiness in a variety of solutions that need the operating system and extraordinary software support. There are three SMP modules in combination with the high-speed confidential networks together to form a node; each node can have 12 CPU. As the Sequent system can get to up to 64 CPU or 256 CPU. Clearly, this is based on the SMP, and then be prolonged NUMA technology is a grouping of these two technologies.

Out of order the implementation of technical

Shuffle, represents to the CPU that allows multiple commands do not follow the routine requirements in the category given to the development of the matching sub-circuit cell processing technology. This component will be based on circuit state and the aptitude to advance the execution of the directions specific circumstances analysis, will be able to advance the execution of the directive sent instantly to the appropriate execution of the circuit unit, during which the order of execution is not required, then rearrange the elements.
